Full List of Garbage Pail Kids Items at Atomic Toybox SDCC Booth

If you’re going to this year’s San Diego Comic Con, you will want to make sure to spend a lot of time at Atomic Toybox’s booth. The company is going all in this year with numerous officially licensed Garbage Pail Kids items. Thanks to Atomic Toybox for sending along complete details on everything they have planned for the show.

Glow-in-the-Dark Enamel Pins – Atomic Toybox will once again offer new enamel pins. This year’s pins are of Dead Ted and Decay Jay. Each pin purchased comes with a Tom-ato promo card. These glow in the dark pins are limited to 150 copies and can be purchased for $15 each.

Patch Pals – Atomic Toybox will launch Garbage Pail Kids Patch Pals at the show. There is a total of 9 different characters as embroidered patches. The patches will be sold in blind bags, with chase and glow variations available. The company says there are less that 200 of each style. Each purchase will also come with a promo card, while supplies last. Patches can be purchased for $12 each.

Artist Edition Mini Prints – Longtime GPK artist Joe Simko and former GPK artist Layron DeJarnette will have appearances at the Atomic Toybox booth. They will each have mini prints available at the show. Simko’s print is Snot Diego, while DeJarnette’s is Peter Pooper. Prints measure 9” x 12”, are limited to /100 numbered copies, and will be available for $40 each. Simko is scheduled to appear Friday July 24 at 11:00 AM. DeJarnette is scheduled for two appearances; Thursday July 23 at 11:30 AM and Friday July 24 at 1:00 PM.

Limited Skate Deck Collection – There will be two very limited skateboard decks at the show; Bony Tony and Unzipped Zach. Artwork for the decks was done by artist Tim Baron. Decks measure 12” x 32.25”. Bony Tony is limited to 30 copes, while Unzipped Zach is limited to 15 copies. Collectors can spin the Atomic Treasure Wheel to have the opportunity to purchase the decks. Tony is priced at $125, while Zach is $250.

GPK t-shirts- Atomic Toybox is teaming up with Bull Airs to offer new Garbage Pail Kids t-shirts. Ali Gator, Tee Vee Stevie, New Wave Dave, Nat Nerd, and Engaging Elvira will all be offered. T-shirts can be purchased for $35 each.

GPK Skateboards & Shirts Announced by Atomic Toybox for SDCC

Atomic Toybox appears to be going all in on Garbage Pail Kids at this year’s San Diego Comic Con. The company previously announced GPK Patch Pals Series 1 will debut at the show. Today the company also teased more items. There will be two new skateboard decks of Bony Tony and Unzipped Zach available at their booth (#3917). Artwork for the decks was done by Tim Baron. Also announced, in a partnership with Bull Airs, is four new GPK t-shirts. Ali Gator, Nat Nerd, New Wave Dave, and Tee Vee Stevie shirts will also be available at the Atomic Toybox booth during the show. No pricing was revealed for any of the items. This years SDCC is schedule to take place July 22-26.

Atomic Toybox Announces Garbage Pail Kids Patch Pals Debuting at SDCC

This year’s San Diego Comic Con is just over a month away and the announcements are already getting started. Today Atomic Toybox announced Garbage Pail Kids Patch Pals Series 1. The collection features nine classic GPK characters as embroidered patches offered as blind bags. Adam Bomb, Bony Joanie, Hot Scott, and Alien Ian patches are shown in their post on Instagram, while they mention New Wave Dave also as an included character. The patches will debut at this year’s SDCC at the Atomic Toybox booth (#3917). The company says they will also be available at the Atomic Nerd store after the show. Pricing has not yet been revealed. This year’s SDCC is set to take place 7/22-7/26.

Atomic Toybox Plans New Garbage Pail Kids Enamel Pins at SDCC

We are a little over two weeks’s away from this year’s San Diego Comic Con, and companies are beginning to reveal the show exclusives they will have at the show. Atomic Toybox will once again have new officially licensed Garbage Pail Kids enamel pins.  The two new glow in the dark pins feature classic GPK artwork of Adam Bomb. There will be an Adam Bomb and Adam Boom titled pin. Each pin purchased will also come with an exclusive promo card, Charred Chad vs. Adam Bomb. Pins are limited to /250 and can be purchased from Atomic Toybox’s booth (#3921) for $15 each. For those unable to make the show, the company will be putting 100 of the pins on their website available to order on 7/23 at 5:00 PM PST. The company will also have copies of the previously released GPK Sket-One art print available for $150. Each print is different as the artist added elements individually to each print. SDCC is set to take place 7/23-7/27 at the San Diego Convention Center.

Garbage Pail Kids x Sket-One Poster Available for Pre-Order

This one is interesting. Atomic Toybox and artist Sket-One are teaming up with Topps for an exclusive Garbage Pail Kids poster. Sket-One is a popular graffiti artist who has not only created artwork, but popular collectible toys. New Wave Dave is the character of choice with Sket-One’s personal additions, but with the current straight Garbage Pail Kids banner. The poster measures 18” x 24”, and is limited to /50 signed versions. This one isn’t cheap, it will set collectors back $150 to pickup a copy. Posters will first be available at Atomic Toybox’s booth at this year’s Designer Con, taking place in Las Vegas from 11/15-11/17. If you can’t make the show you can preorder the poster from Atomic Toybox’s website until 11/13. Posters will ship in early December.

Atomic Toybox Offering Garbage Pail Kids Cruddy Buddies Plush Pals at SDCC

Atomic Toybox is back with an additional GPK offering for this year’s San Diego Comic Con. The company already announced exclusive GPK posters and pins they will be selling at the show. Now they have also announced Garbage Pail Kids Cruddy Buddies Plush Pals. The 3” x 5” pillow like plushes come in five difference characters; Adam Bomb, Nasty Nick, Mad Mike, New Wave Dave, and Volt Ron. The plushes also have a chain for collectors to attach to a backpack. They will be sold in complete sets of all five characters. These will be very limited with only 20 available. Sets will cost $75 at Atomic Toybox’s booth, (#3921). SDCC is set to begin next week from 7/24-7/28.

Atomic Toybox to Offer GPK Pins & Posters at SDCC

This year’s San Diego Comic Con is right around the corner. The show is scheduled to take place July 24-28 at the San Diego Convention Center. The first bit of exclusive Garbage Pail Kids merchandise has been revealed. As has been customary the past few years Atomic Toybox will be offering both GPK pins and posters. Artist Joe Simko painted a new poster for the show. There will be two versions of the black light poster measuring 18” x 24”. Comic Conner and Fan Boyd come in Puke Yellow and Eggplant versions. Posters are limited to /100 copies each and can be purchased for $60 each. There will also be four new GPK Enamel Pins offered at the show. These glow in the dark pins feature Scotty Potty, Jason Basin, and Leaky Lindsay & Messie Tessie. Each pin purchase also includes an exclusive Captain Inaction GPK promo card. Pins are limited to /100 each and can be purchased for $14.99 each. All items can be purchased from the Atomic Toybox booth (#3921).

All the GPK to be Found at San Diego Comic Con

Once again the Garbage Pail Kids will have a good sized presence at this year’s San Diego Comic Con. The show is set to kick off this Wednesday, 7/19, with preview night and goes through Sunday 7/23. There will be everything from licensees promoting current and upcoming products, freebies, and exclusive GPK merchandise to purchase. Collectors attending, read on to map out your strategy for the show.

Insight Editions (#2129)

Insight Editions will be promoting their upcoming Garbage Pail Kids Popup Book. The book, which is scheduled to be released this October, will be on display for collectors to checkout. They will also be passing out a promo card Friday and Saturday at their booth to promote the book. Longtime GPK artist, Joe Simko will be at their booth Saturday, 7/22, from 1:00-1:30 signing the cards.

Super Impulse (#1021)

Super Impulse will be setting up at SDCC for the first time. The company will be revealing a number of new products at the show, although it’s not clear is any of them will be GPK related. The third series of their PopTaters line will be revealed and go up for sale at the show. Additionally, the company will be revealing new figures in their World’s Smallest line, and debuting a new product, Three Point Seven Five. There will also be contests for prize packs daily at their booth.

Atomic Toybox (#3921)

Atomic Toybox will once again have a number of exclusive GPK items for purchase at their booth. There will be a new 24” x 18” poster, with art done by Joe Simko, available in two versions, snot green and eggplant. Each poster can be purchased for $60. They will have have two new GPK pins for $14.95 each. The pins depict the certified gross logo and also will come with a GPK Guts promo card. Both the posters and pins are limited to 150 copies. Artist Joe Simko will also be at their booth signing autographs on Friday 7/21 & Saturday 7/22 from 11:30-12:00.

Abrams Books (#1216)

Abrams Books will have a number of their previous GPK releases available at their booth. All three RL Stine books; Welcome to Smellville #1, Thrills & Chills #2, and Camp Daze #3, as well at the GPK Cookbook will be available to purchase. The company will also have a signed and numbered Jeff Zapata print featuring artwork from the books they will be distributing throughout the show.

Monogram (#3625)

Monogram will have their previously released GPK products at their booth for sale. They will have Series 1 & 2 of the foam bag clips, in addition to the Adam Bomb piggy bank.

ToyNK (#815 & #3749)

ToyNK will have the previously released GPK Adam Bomb Light available at both the company’s booths. They will also have the GPK Geekitikis available at their tiki themed display at booth #3749.

Greenlight (#834)

Greenlight Collectibles will be on hand at SDCC showing off some of their GPK die cast cars. Additionally, they will be handing out GPK themed vinyl stickers of Clint (Clutch Clint) Lafollette, Product and Design Manager and Tim (Tangled Tim) Bradley, Director of Global Sales.

Atomic Toybox Reveals SDCC Garbage Pail Kids Merchandise

The reveals continued today as Atomic Earth released their SDCC Garbage Pail Kids merchandise info via the SDCC Unofficial Blog. The company has traditionally had both prints and pins at their booth and this year is no exception. First there will be two versions of a GPK Blacklight poster available. The Snot Diego poster will come signed by the artist, Joe Simko. The poster measures 18” x 24” and comes in either super snot green or eggplant. Each color is limited to 150 copies and will be priced at $60 each.  Additionally, Atomic Toybox will have two versions of the Certified Gross logo in a glow in the dark enamel pin. The pins are also limited to 150 copies, but will also come with an exclusive GPK Guts Promo card. Each pin will cost collectors $14.95. All items will be available at the Atomic Toybox booth (#3921) during this year’s SDCC happening from 7/20-7/23.

All the GPK to Find at San Diego Comic Con

San Diego Comic Con is back in person for the first time since 2019. This year’s show takes place with this Wednesday’s preview night and goes through Sunday. Garbage Pail Kids collectors going to the show will certainly not have a shortage of exclusives to look for. Here’s the list of everything announced so far.

Topps

Topps won’t be at the show in person, but they have partnered with nine of their licensees in a Trading Card Scavenger Hunt. Each licensee will be passing out one of 9 puzzle cards. The completed puzzle reveals new GPK artwork from Chris Meeks. The piece features numerous GPKs invading SDCC. Each card is limited to 500 copies, and Topps has supplied suggested daily limits to the booths, so collectors will want to get to the booths early.

Joe Simko

While Topps won’t be in attendance at the show, one of the main GPK artists, Joe Simko will be. Simko will make numerous appearances Friday and Saturday signing autographs. Simko will be at the Atomic Toybox booth (#3921) on both Fri. and Sat. from 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM. He will be at The Loyal Subjects booth (#2544) on Friday from 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM. Finally, Simko will be at the Unknown Comics booth (#4505) on Fri. 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM and Sat. 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM.

Atomic Toybox (Booth 3921)

Aromic Toybox will once again have a number of GPK items for sale during the show. There will be two glow in the dark posters with artwork done by Joe Simko. The 24 x 18 posters are available in Bubblegum Pink and Snot Green. The company will also be selling four exclusive enamel pins; Adam Bomb, Adam Boom, Brony Tony, and Horse Pie Paul. Each pin can be purchased for $14.99 and is limited to 200 copies. Each purchase also comes with their show exclusive Packrat Pete GPK promo card. They will also have previously released GPK merchandise at their booth for purchase.

ToyNK (Booth 3749)

ToyNK will be selling the previously released GPK playing card deck done by artist Hydro74. Collectors purchasing the deck ($15) will get either an Adam Bomb or Hot Scott bonus sticker. Each of the bonus stickers is limited to 1000 copies.

The Loyal Subjects (Booth 2544)

The Loyal Subjects will be offering new versions of two previously released figures. Their GPK x Stranger Things figures Demo Gordon and Waff Elle will be for sale in exclusive glow in the dark versions. Based on promotional pictures it also looks like the figures will come with updated GPK cards as well. The company will also have other previously released GPK figures available for sale at the show.

Han Cholo (Booth 1720)

Han Cholo will have their entire new line of GPK jewelry and pins at the show for sale. There will be a Nasty Nick ring ($300), pendants of Adam Bomb ($50) and Luke Warm ($50), and enamel pins ($12); Dead Ted, Tee-Vee Stevie, Roy Bot and Nasty Nick. The ring and pendants both come with a GPK themed jewelry box.

Monogram (Booth 3645)

Monogram International will be offering an exclusive GPK 3D Foam Bag Clip pack. The pack contains the previously released Adam Bomb and Bony Tony figures, along with a glow in the dark version of Dead Ted. The set can be purchased for $25 and is limited to 500.

Abrams (Booth 1216)

Abrams Books will be on hand giving away free copies of the RL Stine GPK book, Welcome to Smellville. The book giveaway will be Wednesday night at 6:00 PM, while supplies last.
