It’s day two of the week long launches for the cards celebrating the worst in pop culture in 2023! Today Topps launched 2023 Garbage Pail Kids Was the Worst Cards #3 & #4. Collectors have an 1:5 chance to receive a sad face parallel card. Each card can be purchased for $9.99, in a lot of 5 for $29.99, or a lot of 10 for $49.99.
