Update: Topps today shared another image to promote their upcoming 2025 Garbage Pail Kids Valentine’s set. Today’s image show examples of base, parallels, and what appears to be a new GPK mini card type. No other details have been revealed about the set yet. The set goes on sale on Topps.com tomorrow, 2/4.
Sure GPK collectors are expecting something shiny on Valentine’s Day this year, but Topps has an appetizer to hold you over until then. Today, Topps began teasing the yearly set dedicated to young love and garbage, 2025 Garbage Pail Kids Valentine’s Day. Topps did not reveal a lot of details about the set. However, based on the picture of the box, Topps is moving the Valentine’s set to a packed out distribution, much like Dressed to Grotesque or the MLB sets. The box advertises it comes with three 8-card packs. The set is scheduled to go on sale next Tuesday, 2/4, on Topps.com.
