GPK Returns to WWE in 2026 Topps Chrome WWE

Update 4/10/26: So you’re saying there’s a chance? Today is release day for 2025 Topps WWE Chrome, and Topps has released odds for the product. Below are the odds for the GPK WWE cards.

  • GPK WWE Base
    • Breakers Delight 1:12
    • Hobby 1:530
    • Mega 1:7,185
    • Value 1:10,530
    • First Day Issue 1:496
  • GPK WWE Black Refractor /10
    • Breakers Delight 1:120
    • Hobby 1:4,694
    • Mega 1:71,645
    • Value 1:210,583
    • First Day Issue 1:4,954
  • GPK WWE Red Refractor /5
    • Breakers Delight 1:359
    • Hobby 1:7,000
    • Mega 1:143,290
    • Value 1:421,165
    • First Day Issue 9,908
  • GPK WWE Superfractor 1/1
    • Breakers Delight 1:1,792
    • Hobby 1:35,000
    • Mega 1:716,448
    • Value 1:2,105,824
    • First Day Issue 1:49,526

Based on some very, very quick math the breakdown of how many base GPK WWE cards in each box type is:

  • Breaker’s Delight – 1,200
  • Hobby/FDI – 1,041
  • Mega – 126
  • Value – 249

I couldn’t figure out an easy to separate Hobby and First Day Release packs, but odds are in the same ballpark. Based on those numbers, I come up with 104 of each GPK WWE card. So my guess is there is probably around 100 total of each, which would be in line with other recent sport releases where GPK cards were inserted as case hits.

Update 4/3/26: The checklist for 2026 Topps WWE Chrome has been revealed. Here are all the characters included in the GPK inserts in the set. No odds have been released for the set yet.

Update 3/26/26: Topps today via their social media channels teased a number of the GPK cards that will be inside 2026 Topps WWE Chrome. While the checklist or odds haven’t been released yet, there will be a total of 25 characters, with all artwork done by artist David Gross.

For the first time since 2019, GPK and WWE collectors will be able to get their hands on cards of their favorite superstars as Garbage Pail Kids. According to the sell sheets posted at Blowout Cards, GPKs are making a return to the WWE Universe in 2026 Topps WWE Chrome. This last time we saw GPK cards with the WWE was 2019’s online GPK x WWE release. Topps would lose their WWE license to Panini in 2021. After three years, WWE is now back at Topps. Much like the inclusion of GPK cards in Bowman Chrome Baseball the past two years, Topps is including GPK as an insert set in the upcoming WWE Chrome set. Sadly, due to Topps lack of promotion, the announcement of the inclusion of GPK in the WWE Chrome set comes after their presale. Topps launched their online presale for WWE Chrome this past Monday on their website. Boxes and cases sold out quickly for all box types. According to the sell sheets, the GPK cards will appear across all SKUs, Hobby, Delight, Mega, and Value boxes. The cards are expected to be SP inserts, with parallels coming in Black (/10), Red (/5), and Superfractor (1/1). The parallels are listed as “case hits” on the sell sheets. All artwork for the WWE cards was done by David Gross. Right now that’s all the information available for the GPK WWE inserts. The company has not released a checklist or odds for the product yet, nor have they shown any teaser images of the GPK cards. GPKNews will have updates as more information becomes available. 2026 Topps WWE Chrome is set to launch April 10, 2026.

WWE Launches Garbage Pail Kids Socks

WWE continues to get their money’s worth from the license with Topps for Garbage Pail Kids. Today they launched a new line of socks. The artwork, done by Joe Simko and Brent Engstrom was preciously used on cards and other apparel. There are eight pairs of adult socks, and 6 youth socks available. The characters featured are; Steve Austin (Adult only), Rhonda Rousey (Adult Only), John Cena, Seth Rollins, Undertaker, Becky Lynch, Randy Savage, and the Rock. Each pair of socks costs $19.99. These might be the perfect stocking stuffers for the GPK collector in your life.

Spencer’s Offering WWE X Garbage Pail Kids Blanket

Spencer’s is now offering a new WWE x Garbage Pail Kids fleece blanket. Available both in stores and online, the blanket measures 45” x 60”. Topps Reveals Print Run for GPK x WWE Online Set

Have you ever wondered how well professional wrestling and Garbage Pail Kids would do if they were combined? Topps has revealed the print run for their 13 card GPK x WWE crossover set. The set featured only single cards, (no a/b names), and the artwork was also used on t-shirts sold at WWE.com and Spencer’s. The set struck a cord with collectors and had the highest online sales since 2016. The set ended up selling 1028 copies. This is the third highest online sales ever for a GPK product, just behind the first Disgrace to the White House card, and the initial Iowa Caucus online set. These sales numbers blow away any holiday or political sets Topps has done the last 4 years. 2019 has proven to be a very successful year so far for Topps GPK online. Between the coloring book, on demand sets, and the WWE set Topps is selling more GPK online than they ever have before. With numbers like these I would expect future GPK x WWE crossover sets.

Collect WWE X GPK Cards Digitally in WWE Slam App

So you thought GPK the Game would be the first place you could collect GPK cards digitally? Topps WWE Slam mobile app beat them to the punch. Today Topps debuted WWE X GPK cards in their mobile WWE Slam app. The WWE Slam app allows collectors to collect all types of digital trading cards of WWE superstars. The app is one of a number of card collecting apps available for Topps products. Much like other apps, it is available on iPhone and Android phones in their respective app stores. The app is free to download, collectors get a number of free base card packs, with the option to purchase diamonds that allow you to buy additional card packs. Collectors can also trade with each other via the app.

So how to do you get the WWE X GPK cards in the app? Right now it appears there are three possible options to pulling the GPK cards in the app. Within the Featured section of the WWE Spam store there are options to purchase Ultra GPK, Super GPK, and GPK packs. Each pack costs a varying amount of diamonds or coins. With the pack you will primarily received WWE Slam 2019 base cards, along with some inserts. However, randomly inserted within the pack will be the WWE X GPK cards. It looks like you can get 2-3 GPK cards per Ultra pack, with the lesser packs providing harder pull rates. While not for every collector, if you already have the WWE Slam app and are into wrestling, be sure to collecting all the WWE X GPK digital cards.
