Topps Reveals Print Run for Garbage Pail Kids Gone Exotic

America has gone crazy for the Tiger King. Today Topps revealed the print run for Garbage Pail Kids Gone Exotic. This set was officially licensed by Netflix and was based off the hugely popular documentary, Tiger King. The popularity led to a lot of media for Topps on the set, which in turn meant a lot of sales. The set sold a total of 3,285 copies.  This blows away the previous high in sales for any online Garbage Pail Kids set. The previous high of 1,870 was set earlier this year with the first Disg-Race to the White House set. With results like this, collectors can expect to see more Tiger King sets in the future.

  1. Any news on what the error is in these sets I’ve heard a rumor.

    • There’s an article on the site for it. Some of the sets were printed with blank backs.
