GreenLight Shares New Photos of Upcoming GPK Diecast Cars

GreenLight Collectibles has been hard at work at their upcoming Garbage Pail Kids Series 1 die cast cars. The company officially announced the cars a few weeks back and we have a lot of that info already up on the site. Today GreenLight released what they call the “deco sample” images of most of the cars. These 3d images show a little more of the artwork that will be on the cars. Many of the cars have what appears to be the accompanying cards painted on their hoods, while other cards have various other GPK logos and images. Images for five of the cars were released, the monster truck image has yet to be updated from the flat artwork.

Each car also comes with a sticker. Five of the six are reprints, however there will be one new card. The Clutch Clint painting by Joe Simko is used for the 2012 Dodge Challenger. All images of the cards that will come in the packages are shown in these pictures as well. The cars are available for pre-order at various online die cast retailers. They are expected to launch sometime in Aug. 2019.
