Topps Reveals Print Run for GPK Network Spews Cards #8-#10

Did collectors go gaga for Gaga? Today Topps revealed the print run for Garbage Pail Kids Network Spews cards #8-#10. Topps took advantage of the Super Bowl halftime show, and went all out with three cards based off of Lady Gaga for Monday’s online offerings. Sales were slightly higher than some of the releases last week. The Wacky Packages card led the way at just over 300 copies, while both GPK cards came in just under 200. It will be interesting to see how sales advance this week as more online exclusives are offered. Here are the final numbers.

Topps Lanches GPK Trumpocracy Cards #33-#37

For the second day in a row, Topps is back with more online exclusives, this time focusing on the presidential cards. Today Topps launched Garbage Pail Kids Trumpocracy – The First 100 Days cards #33-#37. There are four new GPK cards, and one new Wacky Packages card as part of today’s new offerings. As usual the cards focus the new surrounding President Trump and his staff. Each card can be purchased for $9.99 or in lots of 5 for $29.99, 10 for $49.99, or 20 for $79.99. A five card bundle featuring one of each card can be purchased for $34.99. Free shipping is being offered via the SmartPost option. The cards will be available on topps.com for 24 hours. Topps Launches GPK Network Spews Cards #8-#10

Topps will start the new week how they ended the last one by offering new online GPK exclusives. However this time it’s not presidential cards. Today Topps launched Garbage Pail Kids Network Spews cards #8-#10. Topps decided to focus completely on the Super Bowl halftime show, with three cards dedicated to Lady Gaga. Today’s offerings feature two GPK and one Wacky Packages card. Esch card can be purchased for $9.99 or in lots of 5 for $29.99, 10 for $49.99, or 20 for $79.99. A three card bundle featuring one of each card is also available for $24.99. Free shipping is being offered via the SmartPost option. The cards will be for sale on topps.com for 24 hours. Topps Releases GPK Golden Groans Print Run

It took a while, but Topps today finally revealed the print run for Garbage Pail Kids Golden Groans. This 10 card online exclusive set was on sale back in early January. The set parodied the Golden Globes Movie and TV awards shows. I’m not sure why Topps waited so long to reveal the results, as collectors should have sets in their hands by now. All cards in the set finished in the lower 200’s. This is right around where the award show sets finished in sales last year as they were first introduced. It will be interesting to see if Topps follows up with an Oscars set as well in a few weeks. Here are the final results for the Golden Groans.

Topps Reveals Print Run for GPK Trumpocracy Cards #29-#32

Topps made an uncharacteristic offer of a 4th online bundle for presidential cards last week. How would collectors respond? Today Topps revealed the print run for Garbage Pail Kids Trumpocracy – The First 100 Days cards #29-#32. Collectors did not show up, as sales continued to fall for the online exclusives. Once again, another record low was set with card #30 only selling 164 copies. The other three cards all finished in the 170’s. This is the lowest sales for the presidential cards to date. Expect another full slate of offers coming this week. Here is how the last installment from last week finished.

Topps Reveals Print Run for GPK Trumpocracy #23-#28 & Network Spews #7

Topps third release this week saw yet another record low in sales be set. Today Topps revealed the print run for Garbage Pail Kids Trumpocracy – The First 100 Days cards #23-#28, and GPK Network Spews #7. Once again all the GPK cards came in low. The Trumpocracy GPK cards all finished right around 200. The lone exception was the card featuring New Wave Dave, which made the mid 200’s. The Wacky Packages card did see an increase at over 300 copies sold. The Network Spews card however set a new GPK low, with only 165 copies sold. Topps is all in this week with a forth release. We should have sales numbers for that release tomorrow. Meanwhile here are the final numbers for the third release of the week.

Today Topps launched Garbage Pail Kids Trumpocracy – The First 100 Days cards #29-#32. Today’s cards all all GPK versions and all feature Donald Trump. As usual each card can be purchased for $9.99 or in lots of 5 for $29.99, 10 for $49.99, or 20 for $79.99. A four card bundle featuring each of today’s cards can also be purchased for $29.99. Topps Reveals Print Run for GPK Trumpocracy #19-#22 and Network Spews #6

Topps second presidential release of the week saw record low number of sales for the online cards. Today Topps released the print run information for Garbage Pail Kids Trumpocracy – The First 100 Days cards #19-#22 and GPK Network Spews #6. Only one of the GPK cards released cracked the 200 sales mark. The rest finished just under with the lowest, #21, setting a new low at 187 copies sold. Topps is continue so far with a full online launch schedule of 6-7 cards a day on Tues-Thur. It will be interesting to follow to see if collector’s tire of the continued releases. Another big day of online presidential cards today from Topps. Today Topps launched Garbage Pail Kids Trumpocracy – The First 100 Days cards #23-#28. Today’s cards feature a whopping five new GPK images and one new Wacky Packages card. New Wave Dave is today’s classic character making an appearance in the set. Topps again are bouncing back and forth on the Wacky packages between the Trumpocracy and Alternate Facts brands. Topps also launched Garbage Pail Kids Network Spews #7 today, a GPK card. As usual each card can be purchased for $9.99 or in lots of 5 for $29.99, 10 for $49.99, or 20 for $79.99. A 7 card bundle featuring one each of today’s new cards can be purchased for $44.99. Topps Releases Print Run for GPK Trumpocracy Cards #14-#18

The first presidential release of the week saw very similar numbers to the releases last week. Today Topps revealed the print run for Garbage Pail Kids Truamocracy – The First 100 Days cards #14-#18 and GPK Network Spews cards #5. In what appears to be the new normal, the Wacky Packages cards all did in the mid-200’s, while the GPK themed cards finished in the low 200’s. While Topps is mixing and matching with different online brands, it looks like they will be sticking to a Tues-Thur release schedule. Here are the final numbers.
