Now that the democratic field has whittled down to just two, Topps is celebrating those who have dropped out. Today Topps launched Garbage Pail Kids Disg-Race to the White House Set 6: Presidential Dropouts. This 12 card set features 6 new paintings with a/b versions. The art for the set was done by Chris Meeks (#29), Neil Camera (#30-#32), and Rory McQueen (#33-#34). This marks the debut on final art for veteran GPK sketch artist Rory McQueen. Each set can be purchased for $24.99 or in a 10 set lot for $124.99. Shipping is free when choosing the Smart Post option. The set will be on sale for 7 days on topps.com. Topps will reveal the print run at the end of the sale. All indications are this will be the last political set for a while. This won’t end the political series, but instead Topps is putting a hold on it until the presidential race heats back up after the coronavirus starts to clear up.
