According to the retail sell sheet, there is a Fan Favorites insert set that will be found in retail Fat Packs. Collectors will pull 2 cards per pack. Topps is looking for the top 10 vote getters from their survey for the set. The survey asks collectors for their 3 favorite garbage pail kids, when they started collecting, and their favorite memory.
